Congratulations go to Isla McGowan (Banbury Harriers AC) who secured a fantastic third position on her England debut at the SIAB International held at Pembrey Country Park, Carmarthenshire, Wales on Saturday, 26th March.
Competing in the Junior Girls 3000m race, Shaikira King (121) won the race, with Isobel Waugh (123) in second place, just pipping Isla at the line.
England were winners of the team event against Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
