Parking
There is no parking for competitors at Horspath, and that parking is at the BMW factory, Gate 7, which is 400m from the track. Competitors should park there and walk back up the road or across the playing field. Parking at Horspath is strictly for officials and the disabled. See attachment for more information.
Registration
Reporting: Athletes must report to registration at least 60 minutes before the time of their event.
Athletes returning on Sunday: You must report to registration 60 minutes before your event on the Sunday. Please ensure that you keep your number from Saturday. We do not have spares!
Time Trials Seeding Policy
In those 800 and 1500m events which are being run as Time Trials (T/T) the athletes will be ranked according to the time submitted on their entry form. This ranking list will then be used to place the athletes in races with the slowest times in the first race and fastest time in the last race. Where no time was given on the entry form the athletes will be allocated into the slowest heat.
The times from both races will be combined to produce a final result. Medals will be awarded to the fastest 3 times across both races.
